Financial modelling is a process of creating a representation of a financial situation or system to help make informed
decisions.
Essentially involves preparation of financial projections based on business growth plan envisaged, this is prepared in close coordination with client
management. It is used to analyze and predict financial performance, support decision-making, and communicate financial information. Financial models
can be used for various purposes, such as projecting a company's revenue, estimating the value of an investment, or evaluating the impact of potential
business strategies.
It involves forecasting future financial performance based on historical data and various assumptions.
