GSA is promoted by Gaurang Shah & Associates (GSA) headed by CA Gaurang Shah, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) & Management Professional having experience of over 25 years.
Presently, GSA is providing accounts outsourcing services to large clients in UAE and mid-size UK Accounting Practices and SME's.
GSA’s outsourcing services include bookkeeping, year-end accounting, management accounts preparation, accounts finalization, vendor invoices accounting, etc.
GSA has in his team highly qualified & experienced professionals from finance, accounts & outsourcing domain.

Gaurang Shah - B.Com, FCA, PGDBM, DISA(ICAI), MBF(ICAI)
Gaurang is fellow Chartered Accountant & management professional.
Has post qualification experience of over 25 years that include senior positions in investment banking, consulting company, heading a niche KPO company as a profit centre, incubating successful business venture.
During his career he has worked extensively for clients in UK and UAE on accounts outsourcing and consulting work.
He was instrumental in establishing knowledge process outsourcing company in Mumbai way back in year 2000 for the Reputed Chartered Accountant firm in UK. He has successfully migrated & managed accounting and tax related business processes for UK clients.
The clients included reputed CA firms in UK and SME companies. He has also worked in consulting & investment banking firm in corporate finance advisory handled business strategy, financial planning, due diligence, business restructuring fund raising assignments (equity & debt) for MSME & large clients in India & UAE.
